On Sunday we had the Knitting Club Winter Warmer Party. 
Pau taught Charlotte and I how to make Stuffed Chili Peppers.
And, although it is a secret recipe , she was blinded by the bright lights of fame and let me put it on my blog - so here's the step-by-step...



First chop the carrots, toms, mushroom and onion.


Then try not to mentally list the hazards involved in putting the chili peppers over the hob, to flame the skins so that we can remove them.


Heat the veg on the hob with a little olive oil, and then mix it together with tuna and cream.


Sweat the Chili's in a bag.


Add herbs and spices to the mixture...


Wash out the Chili's and remove seeds and skin. 
Even Pau was choking on the chili fumes...



And put the mixture inside the chili peppers.



READY! Delicious and very, very hot!
