As part of my continuing education in Mexican Cuisine, Pau bought me Jicama and Melon from the street stall near MasCafe.
Jicama itself is full of water and people say that it doesn't have any flavor, but I think that it tastes like uncooked MangeTout.
The chile sauce is mixed with Salt and Lemon. Pau also prepared the following speech for me to put on my blog:
'Jicama con Sandia: Las cortan en cuadritos, luego las preparan con chile liquido, sal y limon. Es lo mas delicioso en el mundo. Bueno, tal vez para los Mexicanos'
